OUR BUILD SPECIFICATION
Our standard build package includes the following;
A concrete/steel foundation.
Canadian red cedar cladding to 3 sides and anthracite powder coated panels to the rear.
80mm rigid foam insulation to floor & ceiling.
100mm insulation to walls.
Anthracite grey glazed UPVC French doors with glazed side panels.
1 x Slim Anthracite grey glazed UPVC three quarter length window with top opener or x 2 on builds of 6 x 3m upwards.
Wood effect laminate flooring in choice of colour + underlay.
2 Coat plaster skim & 2 coat white painted walls & ceiling.
2 Inch skirting boards, painted in white.
LED downlights in overhang porch.
Electrical package including, internal LED downlights with a choice of magnetic plates & bulb warmth, 4 double sockets, a consumer unit & wall mounted digital heater.
